📌 Let’s Cook With Me - (Total cook time 1hr 30 minutes roughly)
🍗Ingredients List for Stewed Turkey
----------------
1kg Turkey wings cut in half
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp basil
1 tsp all purpose seasoning (any of choice)
1/2 tsp curry powder
2-3 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
3 cubes frozen or fresh green seasoning
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
4 cups water
1 scotch bonnet pepper
Fresh thyme
Fresh Parsley to garnish
📌cook on low heat for up to 1 & 1/2 hrs or until tender
🌶️🍚Ingredients List for vegetable rice
-----------------
1 & 1/2 cup jasmine of basmati rice
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups water
1/2 tsp Sazon (optional)
1 tsp oil
📌Steam on low 15-20 minutes
🍝🧀Ingredients List for Mac and cheese
---------------
1 cup macaroni
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp plain flour
1 & 1/2 cup milk of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 cube frozen or fresh green seasoning
1 cup Mozerella and 1 cup cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley to garnish
📌bake 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered

Yes it is bitter but the flavours balance out well once the chicken and water is added 😀
