Absolutely need to system change.
Firstly NTA like agent should be abolished at once as it is not capable of maintaining
all types of exam come under
its control and management. In stead of this another committee with some new members should be formed .
But care should be taken that not a single corrupt and evil minded members can get the chance to occupy membership .
Secondly the centralized system of conducting such exam should not be allowed .In short not centralised but decentralised system can only solve the crisis .our elected members and ministers do never come forward even knowing all this .
Thirdly the exam like neet( ug ) had better allotted to state authority so that the achievement of students can better be observed and tested properly noticing students even to academic records .
Thirdly the whole exam system should be arranged and conducted On decentralised basis . This means power and function should be allotted even to the authority of state. . By this an adequacy as well as systemacy may come to our scenario.
Fourthly the conduct of neet should be done in two steps or levels , one is the preliminary and the other is the main , keeping the gap of two months. between preliminary in statewise with half of total marks as300or 310 and the remaining final exam or main immediately after two months of the preliminary exam result out and which to be set for remaining 300 or 310 totalling 320.
The centralised exam system may lead to inevitable concequent namely money transaction including paper leakage and many more corruption ,scams which are availably seen now . However if it may not be. possible to put an end to the scams and malpractices . Still, the average ratio of the evil doings can hopefully be minimised.otherwise there is no other way or option .
Now in view of the present crisis in connection with the neet , it will be reasonable , affordable and acceptable to conduct the neet once again.as periodic solution . Objections are likely to arise
but if not planned to arrange for reneet the same kind of pressure or objection must come . We think as well expect our honourable sc would impartially be able to have a reformative judgements by abolishing the evil money based corrupt and loophole policy and bring a new horizon to our students community.
