Citi Golf Challenge Part 0.2 - Testing the VR6 3.6L FSI motor before it’s shipped to South Africa.

On January 28th I’m going to try to build a complete project VW Mk1 Citi Golf in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I’m going to use the largest VR6 engine offered by the VW group: the 3.6L FSI, with 280hp from the factory.
Matt from Eurokraft has built a direct install wiring harness that retains the fuel pump controller, and factory throttle pedal. We’re testing the setup before the engine is air shipped from the USA to South Africa tomorrow.
The clutch is a Stage 2 setup with lightened flywheel from Black Forest Industries. The ECU is also tuned by them.
The engine mount kit is the Stage 1 kit from Eurowise.
Inside the transmission is a Wavetrac limited slip differential.
