I started eating one ¢99 can of sardines (packed in water) for breakfast, 3 eggs for lunch, 2 hamburger patties for dinner, 1 cup of cottage cheese with a cup of frozen berries & 1/2 a cup of walnuts for evening snack - down 30 lbs in 3 months & not getting sick of the limited menu

It’s an awesome island. Three days is about right if you like chillin out. Most of the Chinese tourists are in and out the same day. My wife is Chinese …I can’t stand the way she speed travels.
The Tsunami of 12/2004. Went all the way over that horseshoe connection and then back over it the other direction! Terrible Day. My sister left puket 12 hours before the Tsunami hit. Pure luck

So many islands in Thailand, that are worth visiting like Koh Lanta, Koh Lipe, Koh Chang, Koh Samui, Kao Tao, to many to mention 🏝️
