Good for you man. I have some great memories with my old man fishing. Actually just getting back into the sport heavily and wished i could make new memories with my pops. Tomorrow is never guaranteed and you're giving your kids the best kinds of memories.
Fishing with the kids are some of my best memories ever. It can be frustrating as hell, but it can be AWESOME too. I learned early on that taking a squad of young kids fishing means you spend the first hour rigging, tying, baiting and breaking up arguments. Then they get in the groove and don't want to go home. I also learned NOT to make them fish unless they wanted to. If they want to dig in the sand, turn over rocks or play on the swings then that's fine as long as their reels aren't in the sand.
My favorite video I have seen you do. I can't have kids, but love kids. I love spending time with my niece and nephews......I even volunteer as a 4-H leader, which is a youth group.....

All my memories of my dad fishing were of me and my brother fishing off a bridge with nightcrawlers and a bobber and my dad and the other dads getting more wasted the longer we were out there and my dad got mellow the more he drank so it was cool.
Awesome video YakPak. My only suggestion for next time is to pair an adult to each child. I have the hardest time trying to help my 2 daughters at the same time. I’m actually afraid my oldest will hook me one of these days 🤣.
