Next time you feel icky after eating food take: 3 capsules of 125mg Grapefruit seed extract + once the ickiness comes on + once before bed and the next morning Get a bottle in the supplement section at Whole foods or Erewhon It won't heal you from food poisoning but it will help with tummy ickiness which can cause fatigue. This stuff is a life saver. I always have a bottle at home and with me when I'm travelling, just in case! (my bf is a holistic doctor and got me into the supplement life)

But tbh it's shocking when you look at the production of Gucci, Saint Laurent, Ralph Laurent and so on because it's not that much different from the fast fashion production
