- I had four and a half hours to cook a lasagna for friends that were coming over, and the fact that I had NEVER made a lasagna before did NOT help.
This is still one of my first videos, without a doubt I put 10x the time and effort into this one (big kiss if you're reading this btw). So I'd love to hear your thoughts on the quality and what you'd like to see in the future.
The tension throughout this video was Hell’s Kitchen level, but in a budget🤣 Great job, glad it all worked out!

as far as i know you just needed to cook the white sauce for longer so that the taste of raw flour disappears. good try tho, the meat looked delicious
