I didn't care about the settings, the only way to get MC3 playable is to get better PC and i have 144hz monitor and if i set the PCSX2 to 144fps the game was way faster and much more playable, i can record it later but there are many guides on the internet which explain every aspect of configuration.

One time, when I was racing him I was RIGHT AT THE FINISH, but Fill was like: "Man, fuck you" and came first. Or how about moments, when you to fast to see something, like motorcycle racing. But still this game is fun and crazy to play. So, can you say me some tips to make playing more easier. I see you are skilled in this game.
This game is all about unfair, you have to get used to it. 90% of the game is racing with faster cars, for example if you will get class B car you will race with class A cars (supercars) for some time and you can't do anything, it's all about the skill. Every time i was beating this game i had problems so don't worry, when you beat Phill you can use his motorcycle. If you can't beat him try to use Lexus IS300 with max tune you can.
You can get it at reshade.me Reshade adds stuff like depth of field, ambient occlusion and color correcting stuff to old games. So far I could only see that reshade does only color corrrections stuff with pcsx2 at the moment.

I don't even remember but if you have good PC it really doesn't matter. I maxed out everything probably, but MC3 itself is very weird game to emulate and even with good PC there can be some stutters. Maybe it's changed but I haven't played for almost 2 years.

You mean Chrysler ME Four-Twelve? You have to win every exotics races, you must have class A car. The fastest way is to get Cadillac Cien (autocross tournament in Detroit) and then you have 2 options: try to win exotics races (if you are good you can do it) or you can go to the Tokyo Challenge (if you have remix version) and then win first tournament. You will win Gemballa (Ferrari F355) and you will easly win exotics series using it.

Midnight Club 3 as a Street Racing Game is still one of my favorite Street Racing Games compared to the New Street Racing Games!
the 95 Impala SS comes to mind when it comes to this game, I genuinely had more fun with that over any car in the game (including my R34 GTR)

I guess you probably played DUB Edition which only has 3 cities. Only DUB Edition *Remix* has Tokyo with Tokyo Challenge campaign.
