Amazing Recipe Mam 😋 I wanted to check if i can try making the same method with jaggery.
Thank you Maya. ❤️🙏 You can make jaggery syrup and then add it in the kheer but make sure the kheer has cooled down completely only after that add the syrup else the milk will curdle. Enjoy 🙂

I tried .. everything went smoothly but as soon as I added caramel to boiling kheer,it split..can anybody help me with this.
What about gur instead of white sugar.
If I want to add gur then what to do?
Mrs.Amrita Singh if you wish to add gur after turning of the stove when the temperature reduces add melted jaggery after removing its impurities. Then kheer will not get curdled.
