Finally Ahad gets much deserved praise! 👏🏼👏🏼 I don’t think he was ever OTT, he was always in full command of his expressions and body language. He looked and played the part really well, so did Ramsha. A very well rounded and enjoyable story. Chaudhry&Sons has been dragging for the last few episodes, not much going on, just putting off the inevitable.
Hum tum: just wanna mention...the last scene of yesterday's episode where Adam says " itna bhi bura nahi tha main, ek chance toh deserve krta tha" Ahad just nailed it💖
I was literally giving him a big "awwww".
Also, when sarmad asks his name's spelling and he says A-H-A-D...and then sarmad's telling him "kahan ahad or kahan tum" very cute😂😍

It is indeed a pleasure to watch Ahad Raza Mir perform. He doesn´t need styling or dialogs to make a mark, his expressions and eyes are endearing enough to win hearts! You laugh with him, you cry with him, you feel for him!! He lights up the screen and we indeed are fortunate to watch him and deserves all the love, appreciation and accolades. ❤❤
Also for Ramsha, if you remember, when you guys were reviewing Sinf-e-Ahan, we said she was too stiff. I think this time she has let herself loose and like you rightly said, ekdum ´thak´ karke baitha hai ye character 🤗

Or Fazi and Meenu is not fair because if recall one of the episodes Ajiya says that her bond with Arsal was fun and playful and they just didn't fit into marriage equation.
And Fazi and Meenu had never viewed that Way so it was easier establish the chemistry there .
But Neha and Adam are academic rivals and just aren't fond of each other. I mean you can't fall in love with someone who you have hated for 20 years . But they are really adorable.

I think another reason ppl are mad is because everyone wanted to see Neha realize it. She was a more flawed character than Adam. Adam always respected Neha, he would praise her behind her back. But Neha always disliked him regardless. People wanted Neha to melt, realize she’s wrong. They wanted to see character development of Neha. Her disliking him, she would eventually understand that Adam is more important. In short, many wanted to see Neha melt
Mere Humsafar is such an endearing show...hania as hala is so convincing considering the fact that she has always been typecasted as the fiery independent girl... She clearly has range and just needs to pick better scripts..Farhan shines as alwaysss!!
Hum Tum is the best drama of this ramzan.💯❤️ Totally enjoyed every bit of it.💕 Story, direction, casting everything was perfect.👌 Everyone was so fit in their roles.👏💕 I fell in love with Ahad and Ramsha's onscreen pair. 😍❤️They literally look so good together.😍💕 Obsessing over Neha and Adam these days. 💯😍❤️

Mere Humsafar has Turned Out to be such a Pleasant Watch. Such a Good Drama
Hum tum: I'm in love with hum tum. It's a fun, light hearted show with a progressive story and some great massaging. Now coming to Ahad, For the last 5-6 episodes Ahad is the highlight of the show... the way he's showing his range of emotions, his love for neha, his sadness, even his comic timing is great. I'm in love with Adam since the beginning but now Adam looks even more adorable and lovable💖😍 Have been a huge fan of Ahad since YKS and after HT loving him more 💖
1.) That scene between neha and Adam in the kitchen where he holds her hands says " please mat jao" that was so cute😍 in yesterday's episode ramsha and ahad have a great chemistry yar...just love them together.
2.) Just love the bond between sarmad and Adam...Junaid khan and ahad have a good Camaraderie. Sarmad looked super cute while scolding Adam 😅
Mere Humsafar turned out to be a good show. Although I don't like emotional traumatic drama, but this is really giving many messages. Chemistry and acting is lit. Literally best actor is Farhan Saeed and acting of hania as a woman who has undergone trauma is just amazing. Love from India. First time I watching a emotional drama.

Hum Tum is awesome 👍 Maha and Sarmad calm and polite relationship,Adam and Neha's chemistry,acting,eye expression of Ahad,Milli and Sasha as a kid actor not going over the top,Sir Qutub acting to dadd'os and ulfat everyone is superbb in this drama and we should also appreciate Danish Ali as it's his debut...last but not least lotssss of social messages on a lighter mode not in a preaching style ..Hum Tum is full package 💓💓💓....
Hum tum would have be a lot better if Ahad's and Ramsha's friendship had started a long time ago....Even if they get together at the end, it'll feel so rushed...Hopefully there will be a season 2?
I agree the story and drama has been stretched too much with unnecessary scenes… the fighting should have stoped a while before and their romance should have been started and there is NONE cute and sweet scenes between them…….Audience wants to see sweet romance like meray humsafar when Hamza took off hair clip of Hala- i mean the world stopped . …. That’s what viewers are craving…. Positive . Love and romance/ and sweet dialogues ….not negativity and fighting and foul language etc. so yeah i wish that they should have made this story similar to Charudry and sons where tons of scene between Billu and Pari (and all of those steamy romantic scenes are enjoyable) i wished that Ahad and Ramsha had been given the opportunity to perform real romantic scenes - but anyhow! 🙁

It has become a norm to dislike Ahad Raza Mir. When he first came into the industry, he was very chill, well mannered, and an introverted person. People said he was “arrogant” for being that way. Secondly, whenever Ahad had a huge controversy he didn’t bother talking it, and dealt with it maturely. Especially with the divorce rumors, people have gotten another chance to hate him. Ahad is the type of men that should be appreciated. Kind, Soft spoken. People always say that Ahad is only popular because of nepotism. Even he did admit that nepotism helps. But Ahad has managed to prove himself through his acting. Whether physically in Ehd E Wafa, or his “crying, trauma” in Yeh Dil Mera. We don’t appreciate men like this who have proved themselves but we think Azaan Sami Khan is aMaZiNg in his debut. You can compare Sammi or Yakeen Ka Safar with Ishq E La and you will be able to see Ahad has class.
I SOOO AGREE WITH YOU.. especially after sajal n ahad’s seperation.. people have become so bitter towards him but he’s such a decent n educated man.. there’s particularly nothing unlikeable about him still people pick on him since the beginning for different reasons n not even a single one of it made any sense.. they first threw shade on him for being a nepo kid although he was so good as Dr asfi.. he wasnt as appreciated as he should have been for his mind blowing performance in Ye dil mera.. very few actors can do such dark, psychological roles.. He has done an amazing job in Hum tum inspite of having grown in Canada but again he was criticised for being ott .. when all the characters in other dramas are doing the same thing, no one bothers to bat an eye ..n they even get awards for it.. he was unnecessarily bashed for singing Ko ko korina.. i disliked that song too but there’s a fine line between criticism n legit bullying someone..people bashed the hell out of him on twitter but he handled it with such grace.. inspite of having done so many wonderful n versatile roles in pakistan, doing hamlet, being a theatre actor n now getting a chance in Netflix.. he isnt as appreciated as he should be.. I definitely wouldnt say he’s underrated.. he’s got a strong fan following but Ahad is someone who gets so much hate without any apparent reason.. n actors as you said Azaan sami Khan who i think did a terrible job and Feroze Khan who i guess has only done crazy obsessed roles are glorified so much.. Pak audience needs to upgrade its taste..

But people don’t have anything against him. Ahad was always bullied. Maybe because he doesn’t reply to anyones bs! Whether it’s the Ko Ko Korina or the recent influencer who said he is horrible. After Ko Ko Korina, all he did was say “I agree with what this certain politician said. Everyone has different opinions. But maybe next time, choose better words!” It’s the MOST POLITE IT GETS. I don’t understand what ppl expected from him? He still got hate for “dIsReSpEcTiNg” the politician. Secondly, I feel like if Ahad was more like Feroze ppl would like him. Not caring about anyone, and just saying stuff to their faces. But Ahad isn’t like this. People are picking the most random things to go against him. After his divorce rumors surfaced, ppl went on his Instagram and found stupid stuff to call him out for. He jokingly said “Happy mothers/birthday to my *ONLY* mother” for which ppl said he is throwing shade at Sajal, because he doesn’t consider her mother as his own? Matlab Kuch Bhi? I do hope these negativity doesn’t get to Ahad. He is so hardworking. Perfect example of how a guy should be. Yet ppl dislike him. People are constantly obsessed with the toxic men.

Feroze’s known to be the female version of Sana Javed.. he aint nice to people below him.. Ahad, on the other hand, on screen n off screen is wonderful.. Junaid, Sarah, Mohd Ahmed sahab, Uzma beg, Danish ali, adnan jaffer, Aina asif n anooshey rania.. basically all the cast praised him for his down to earth behaviour, he was kind to everyone from the spot boy to the director to the cast.. and people are abusing him n even his mother Samra Asif left right n centre.. totally unfair

But ANY interviews, or reviews in the past by other co actors or directors, you can see everyone praised him. Truth is the way that people are so desperate to find something negative about Ahad, and are also desperate to find something positiveabt guys like Feroze. Plus Feroze does the same entitled toxic character in every drama. Even in KAM he was a poor guy, but he was till entitled and arrogant. Secondly we always wonder why abuse against women, or rape, or force is so common in South Asia. It’s simply because we love seeing it in our tv screens, and all around us. Ahad Being An International Actor with Good Education in this Field Wasn't Someone To Be Expected to Take On Pakistani Dramas. It's a Gift Pakistani Drama Lovers that Ahad Chose Our Industry. He has Alot Of Options and Directions He Could Have Gone and Chosen Internationally But He Is Doing A Regular Ramadan Play and Bringing Life To A Simple Character with Great Nuance.

Ahad is a brilliant actor. Everytime he performed on screen, he make me his fan even more than before. Everytime his drama released, he shut the mouth of critics with his talent. The blood of asif sahab is there no doubt but he himself is a very refined actor. Loving this drama and performances specially ahad ramsha junaid and sarah. Only disappointment with drama is that k adam or neha ka ziada romance hona chahiyay tha but now there is only one last episode left.

Chaudhry and sons clicks because the performances are terrific from young to old plus the romance shown between Billu Pari is so believable I guess because the way Ayeza Imran are performing it kudos to them this show has all my heart ❤️ and it deserves good recognition and one more thing tons of thanks to the director to do it so well
Loved your review about Mere Humsafar. It's beautiful to see how husband (Humza) is giving confidence to his wife. Farhan is an excellent actor. Completely agree he can have chemistry with anyone.
In CNS you guys forget to mention the dance part in nikkah ceremony that was so hilarious. Some people are saying they are dragging the show but I believe they are making Pari and Billo love believable because how he going to take stand against Dada jee if didn't get attached to Pari. Imran & Ayeza's chemistry is flawless.
Billo turn out to be caring and supporting husband as well( which I doubt he would be) When he said she should complete her master in Fine Arts and try to teach her driving

Hum tum needs to cool it with the brand promotions. I don’t mind the product placement as long as it doesn’t turn into a tvc. It completely ruins the experience of the drama and only makes me hate the brand and I’ll never in my life buy anything from that brand even if their products are good.

They could’ve done it in a subtle way. In Suno Chanda they did ad for Sobroso in a subtle way. They did mention it a few times, but that didn’t bother the viewers. On the other hand, in Chupke Chupke they also did ad for Tang. This was also mentioned 2-3 times but it didn’t anger the viewers. In hum tum they ruin the flow of the story

In Ishq e laa look at the difference between both duas. Azlan se Allah se dua karte hue threaten kia tha, competing with Allah couldn't help him alot. Azka had faith in Him, she asked Him knowing He can and will accept it. They're showing how powerful dua can be when one knows how to make it. Of course faith is something between an individual and Allah only, but here we are shown the lack of believe in Azlan. We're shown how strong Azka's faith is. Also killing off Shanaya and the whole journey till marrying Azka, and from niw on as well, it is just Azlan journey to rediscovering his faith. We saw how religious Shanaya was too, however she was doing no good in turning Azlan to it. We'll see this change now hopefully. Ishq e laa was dreadfully boring last 2 months but i think it finally snapped back for me. Im really intrigued ti see his journey.

I skipped most of the C&S portion of the reviews that Something Haute did throughout Ramazan.
Hassan and Aamna had really hyped the show so I did not want any major spoilers.
And after binge watching the entire show in less than 24 hrs, I must say to Hassan and Aamna that your hype was 100% well-deserved.
I have seen all 3 Ramazan dramas C&S is the best.

Acha kiya jo mein ne end mein binge kiya instead of watching it regularly, mere se wait nhi hona tha.

Disappointed with the track of profess Qutub and wife Ulfat. Throughout the show, Qutub was seen wrong but you gave the message like woman should change acc to men. Really Dissapointed. The show gave good messages but this went wrong, should have written how Qutub's realisation in good manner about wife, that would be the best message for the viewers.
Wife should try to do atleast something ti make her husband happy same goes for husband as well. But you know she is awful in cooking she hides stuff for her and doesn't even get ready for him. So they showed msg that parents should also take care of themselves

Humtum conveys such important lessons without any heavy preaching : daughters can be equally ( if not more) an asset for parents; mom’ n laws may not always be essentially like a Dracula (😄); there’s no age or stage to learn- be it studies or cooking or looking at life from a solution driven perspective; women needn’t connive all the time; fighting doesn’t mean enmity (it is a huge lesson).. and a good drama or life needn’t be a sob-sob struggle…
All this and so much more… Humtum is brilliant- all actors, all episodes, direction and music- tops ✌️✌️

I wasn’t watching Meray Humsafar for the same reason “saas Bahu “ and Rona dhona etc but by Fluke i watched it and then i was so addicted to Farhan and Hania SCENES - omg - so amazing… i went back and then watched all previous episodes and skip some scenes where Taiee is treating her badly but still i was way too hooked. Agree 💯 that Hania and Farhan acting performance and romance is AMAZING! I can’t wait till the next episode …. Hum Tum i feel something is missing…. Even Though Ahad acting is brilliant and Ramsha too -- i still felt that the fighting was way over the top, Dadoo handsome way too annoying and Qutub character is also too annoying- and repeated scenes of doing one mistake and then the whole episode of that Qutub giving lecture and resolving the issue was in each and every episode too Boring and repetitive. Sarmad and Maha romance and couple is way too sweet. Ramsha is still giving Ahad too hard time and i am not liking it. It doesn’t give Suno Chanda feel .. their romance and chemistry was believable- although Ahad and Ramsha both performed well but i dont feel the chemistry between them neither i find their characters or romance believable…. Apart from some cute scenes the story fell apart in my opinion.!! Chaudry and sons is a complete package and it would always be remembered in History since Billu and Pari romance has given me butterflies and romance is in the air - haye !😍
Ayeza and Imran's chemistry is so beautiful. All their scene s are so beautiful 😍 Hopefully they will work together again.

I really disagree about the review decisions… the industry is thinking about their own benefits ignoring the viewers’ benefit…
Leaving abroad, the cost of a movie evening with family, it does matter to me to look at reviews to not waste my money and we don’t have time to watch all movies!! I expect same considerations in Pakistan.
And sometimes it does happen that I ignore reviews because the trailer is compelling enough so seriously stopping reviews for greed is very unfair!!
I would not watch any movie if the movie makers don’t have the guts to face reviews!
All countries work the other way around but Pakistan again feels above the basic professional and ethical rules… shame!
I agree with Amina my observation is Geo purposely in the drama stories not doing justice with our deen Islam and under the pretend of supporting Islam they actually misleading our youth .. please beware with Geo

I am so glad you people talked about the last ten days of Ramzam. So happy to hear Amna chose not to go events for the ten days. I remember in my childhood we use to have no TV for 30 days of ramzan. My mother would read us stories of Quran we would learn surahs and be busy with trying to complete dour of Quran. Bravo to the review of dramas on religion. I agree with every bit of it. 💯
I'm thoroughly in love with Chaudhry and sons. It's highly enjoyable as a comedy drama. But if I look at it as a serious story I can't ignore the glaring flaw of the story. On one hand, dada ji's following his forefathers's customs and not allowing anyone in his family including himself marry outside the family while on the other hand, he's having an affair with his ex-classmate. He's not allowing what is totally allowed according to both religion and society while commiting what is totally against religion and society. It would have been better if he wasn't shown to be meeting his ex-love like that. Then, it would just be like that only his custom of not marrying outside is wrong and it gets corrected in the end when he forgives Sabahat and accepts Paaro and Tashi's marriage.
I agree, Dil-e-Momin was first dragged so much and then the last episode was horribly directed and executed. It was also super rushed for no absolute reason. If they didn’t drag the drama for like 20 episodes and properly explained everything, then it would be better. I LOVE your guys’ reviews so much. Keep up the good work ❤️

Dadi and Pari are from Hyderabad, Pakistan but are acting as if the they are from Hyderabad Deccan. Remember in the beginning how Mukhtar Chacha was sending his niece and her dadi (from India) to the Dildar house. When dadi and pari arrived at the Dildar House they were mistaken as Mukhtar Chacha's relatives by the Chaudhary family. Dadi and Pari continued with this story, never corrected anyone to hide their identities. Pari and dadi are not from India :)
