    Dear niece Samphors Korm,
    I really appreciate for your sharing knowledge of your cooking skill to everybody in the world.
    But, one thing that uncle would like to ask you is : Please do not use work Haw Mok because this word is
    for Thai use it. For Cambodian , this dish called : Fish Amok or Amok Trey.
    For Cambodian dish, we all use to make it with fish. Right now, you can make it with chicken, sea food as well as shrimp, squid, scallop and clamp or some other meat that they like or want to try.
    Please call this dish as : AMOK (It is the real name that our Cambodian people used so far).

      អាម៉ុកជាម្ហូបដូនតាខ្មែរ តាំងយូរលង់ណាស់មកហើយ ហើយធ្វើតែសាច់ត្រីមួយមុខគត់ចំពោះដូនតាខ្មែរ ប្រើស្លឹកញទ្រាប់បាតកន្ទោង តែឥឡូវមិនសូវមានស្លឹកញ ( ចង់ដាច់ពូជ ) ដូច្នេះអាចប្រើស្លឹកបន្លែតាមការចូលចិត្ត ឬ តាមតំបន់ដែលមាន ។
      តាមដូនតាធ្វើ គាត់ប្រើសាច់ឆាជាមួយគ្រឿង និងខ្ទិះដូងមួយត្រឡប់សិន បានដួសដាក់ចំហុយ ។
      ថៃយកម្ហូបខ្មែរទៅកែច្នៃច្រើនណាស់ :
      សម្លខ្ទិះខៀវ ; សម្លប្រហើរខ្ទិះ ;
      តុងយាំុ និយាយរួមប្រទេសជិតខាងលួចម្ហូប លួចរូបមន្តខ្មែរទៅកែឆ្នៃច្រើន ដូចជាសរសៃ នំបញ្ចុកដើមកំណើតរបស់ដូនតាខ្មែរ តែឥឡូវថៃ យួន ចិន យកនំបញ្ចុកខ្មែរទៅកែឆ្នៃធ្វើម្ហូបរបស់គេច្រើនមុខដូចជា : បាប៊ុង នំបញ្ចុកយកទៅបំពងរួចញាំ.....
