Thank you it was a long time ago though yes it's a quality tent well put together the stove was a frontier stove an early variant there's been a few upgrades worth looking at them hope you enjoy your time with the combination we did!
Yes its an 8 to 10 thomas it would be enough room for 4 people with camp beds at a sqeeze 3 people Comfortably more if they were sleeping on the floor but not 8 to 10 .
+ThomasLaang I looked long and hard at the Bergans and helsport Tents and there sizes and I'm glad a chose the 8 to 10 for the two of us and our dogs and occasionally my son. I felt the 6 to 8 was to small especially with a Stove in it .
Hello Fredrik The wood stove is a Frontier Stove And no I've never had any trouble with the chimney burning the tent you can purchase a chimney/ flue insulator with this stove to prevent this. I chose to make my own insulaters and I have since made my own more efficient stoves since that video but the frontier stove is a good stove to start off with regard Stewart
whats wrong with all these tents on youtube i dont get it..... snakes can crawl right in under the tents , why dont people use tents with floors sealed and sowed in to the tents , how people can use removable floors in tents is amazing to me...
Janah It'll depend what country your using it in we do have native snakes but there pretty shy of humans . The tents has got a skirt you can put rocks on to keep the drafts out and potential unwanted critters but it is made in Norway don't think there bothered with many critters or snakes . Guess your looking for a caravan or camper van ?
They have a version where the bottom and inner tent is one piece. I just bought this, and I opted for the loose bottom too, it has a slit so you can open up the middle and it's better for when you're using fire inside. I'm a little worried about heavy rain causing water to come inn, but hopefully it'll work out.

Then it will be a Bergans Lavvo 6-8. Should be very comfortable for 2 big, old guys... ;-)

What brand is that oven? And have you had any trouble with heat from the chimney damaging the tent fabric?
