  • In this video I am showing how I wrapped my Experia with a car wrap. I was looking for a tone that I liked and found it with 3M's "Perfect Blue".
I also explain how I got to love that blue with my bikes :-)

Dedicated to the colour blue! I didn’t know how easy (but time consuming) wrapping is.

I’d be very tempted to add some blue to the battery stack. Ie make the bottom panel black, to reduce the visual impact of the vertical bulk of the battery stack and add some blue graphics some how to the main body of it.

I know perfectly what you talk about - I‘m still making my mind up how to change the bulky block so it looks less square and bulky. The Ribelle‘s design is much more hiding the square block.

Sowas ist ja immer Geschmacksache - aber nachdem ich mir die Muster besorgt hatte, war die Auswahl dann recht leicht 🤩.

Yes, in fact I did. Initially. Now I am used to it and I will let that unchanged.😅

Sehr cool! Müsste man nur ne Experia haben... Borne ICE ist Tatsache die einzige gute Farbe...

    Very nice !
Could you say how the EsseEsse 9 compares to the Experia ?
I am thinking of buying a new bike next year to replace the zero DS. I like the looks of the SS9, but the Experia looks more practical. What is your experience ?

Hi - not sure if you refer to wrapping complexity or bike handling?! I do not remember every inch but thinking of the deep fastening points wrapping seems to be about the same complexity. Handling wise the ExPee is more flickable and leans in corners much more neutral. The SS9 also performs well but is a bit more front heavy and requires a more firm push on the inner handlebar end to make it run stable in turns. For more feedback I'd recommend this forum: www.electricmotorcycleforum.com/boards/index.php?board=37.0

@@WattKrank I was refering to the bike, not the wrapping. Thanks for your feedback.

How does the Xperia compare with the GS? I have 2 GS, one of them and GSA.

Flemish speaking Hans Capelle made a comparison and said the Experia handled better. Also in Flemish magazine, Motorrijder, the tester rode to the Dolomites on a GS and he tester noted the Experia was more fun to ride (always the right gear, easier handling, better brakes and better acceleration) in the mountains... Go test one at your nearest dealer!

Those orange wires…that’s gonna bother me. Have you considered covering them?
