I got the deepest sense of nostalgia watching this. I don't know why. It would be very hard to leave a home like this, for me. But it is very lovely and well loved. Thank You. (Good Music, you know.)
Dining table Where sofa is near entry put an island bar where table was but that said and done there’s an awful lot to like about this home and that garden is my wife and myself oasis as we constantly are in our garden in oz would like a swap 🤣🤣 we really do like this place and heading back home after 40yrs away
@@richardirvine9469 yes it does but if a property over here needs work and updating, that is reflected in the price so that people can afford to do what they need. If they had spent money on doing the house up first then they would get more for it but would that be enough to cover their costs. I have seen far far worse than this on the market, especially bungalows that have been vacated by older owners who haven#t decorated in years.
Vast property, just goes on and on, love it and the garden is fabulous.
Definitely a well loved home! Now that’s a garden. Simply stunning!

I know what you mean, I felt the same nostalgia but not sure why and I just wanted to move there.
Yes, me too, I have a distant memory of visiting a house/place like this as a small child!

How bad taste can devalue a property.
..... wouldn't life be so much easier if we followed in your footsteps. Thankfully, we have independent minds that allow variation
Might not be to your taste but it was theirs and at £695,000 I hardly think it is devalued. Wish I could afford it.
Taste is taste,,,it affects property valuation...
...why dressing homes for sale in the states is such big business...
...the market cannot be denied.
