I have 500 GB of video from this job, and I got a Insta 360 camera for some cool video. so hang on for some cool content, when this is over you'll feel just like you were here
Hi Jeff. Sure wish I had been able to see one of these vidios in 1968 in Da Nang Vietnam. I was in the SEABEES based near Da Nang..One soggy morning after the remains of a typhoon I was asigned a TS-24 What?????.never seen one. The plan was to haul 3 - 4 inch crushed rock loaded in the bowl with a955 CAT loader down a highway for 10 miles. the highway was covered with 1-2 feet of water We were filling in a washout by a bridge abutment.WAS quite a learning curve.
Great video Jeff always enjoy watching you and the boys work dirt and rocks. Thanks for clarifying and sharing your videos stay safe Jeff and the boys.
I can not imagine having multiple nonhandling operators working a job, I have had a couple years now of nonthinking truck drivers dumping fill in my yard. Room for 3 wide and they hump it back to back. 🙃😯 I am sure you do not miss needed tricks and the 3 of you working together. 😊
Love it when a problem fixes itself. Just shut it off and turn it back on again!! Haha. Love it. Funny how that works sometimes. Thanks for the video. 👍🏼
Enjoyed watching I left the bowl to high dumping along the edge of the stock pile once the dirt got to fluffy and the back wheel slipped off it was about a hundred feet high this ol boy got scared 😅.
Thanks for sharing Your knowledge Jeff. Problems that show up and " resolve " themselves for no apparent reason give me the creeps. Best Wishes to everyone at Anderson Construction.
good stuff Jeff. in Oz we try to spend as little time "smoothing our own junk" as possible. gives us a better go at "cutting a hole in a dike". however as you say, you do it your own way.
well jeff my moms ol 72 caddie its vacuum modulator was going out and it was the thing of while driving you put it in neutral kill the engine count to 10 then restart put in drive an yer off to the races i had to do that while taking my first drivers test with an okla state trooper he faulted me for parallel parking but not the driving doing the engine shut off an such LOL
my whole life is out of sequence lol Tom I have probably 500 GB of video of this project, so go to the store and get a case......no make that 4 cases of brew and a couple tons of your favorite snacks
I may have missed it but what kinda numbers did Matt come up with as far as how much y'all have moved? Curious as to how much of a difference between real math and UAV math😄...
There's too much logic and common sense when you're explaining what you're doing and why you're doing it. It's almost 2025 we can't be having none of that going on.

Retired last year after 40 years quarry operator my back sure doesn't miss it. Good job Jeff keeping the old stuff running.
Jeff, amazing job on the maintenance! I can't believe that these old machines just keep on trucking!

Perfect weather for you. We just had storm Daragh here, no power for 4days, still no comms for a week now.
what region are you from Merion?
Thanks for the show guys 🍻
Wow looks good Jeff!
Keepin' the load area smooth is a big deal in my opinion. (way easier on your body!!)
And the equipment, if you're body is taking a beating the equipment is getting it more than twice as bad.
I had no idea that you had your very own language...It sounds foreign to me. You make it look easy and I'm sure it is not, good job 👍

Ever considered getting an enclosed cab for the FH?
what are the pits for?
Demolition and construction waste.
Do they need to use a big pump to keep rain water from filling the hole?
With those two scrapers working Jeff, how many cubic metres of dirt are you shifting per hour for two machines ?
I do miss the ol miskin and some fall rock pile hiding.
Missing scrapers are made about 30 miles away from Jeff.
Thanks for Sharing!
So this is out of sequence? I thought you hauled home.
Hope the trans. issue is not serious.
Tom
