Seems too be dual hd 4670 chips on one pcb, odd pick too make a 2x gpu card on imo. searching " ATI Radeon HD 4670 X2 " has it show up on techpowerup & neoseeker has a review of it.
There were no 4870's, those were 4670 X2's , so dual GPU. Two DVI ports for each GPU on the PCB equals 4. That's all, no extra magic/special system required :)

@@vardekpetrovic9716 I too owned Radeon 9700 Pro, one of the reason was the issues of FX 5000 series drivers, overheating issues high-end models and that blower noise. I remember playing many games my Radeon 9700, and did not have those issues FX high-end models have.
That Is the most cool-looking HD 4670 I ever seen. I wonder if that cools better than the standard one which is what I have from the same manufacturer.
@@yosuhara ah, I thought it was like one of those variants that had more dvi ports for multiple monitor setups and they clocked up the card a bit and stuck a bigger heatsink. Now this card is even more interesting can't wait to see what the benchmarks would be.

Wile I was looking for parts I went to my scrap box and saw a lot of smd caps and resistances on the bottom and one small SOT-23. Without protection small components came off when moving them around. A minimum of an antistatic bag is probably saving them from such a fate. Bubble wrap is a guarantee.
hi i have found a pretty cool old computer with a beefy termaltake case with inside: a msi8800gtx 4gb of ddr2 ram corsair black and a 500gb caviar blu hdd, a pretty cool asus mainboard with apu control, and a core 2 quad q6600 ! with a antec 500w powersupply ! alot of stuff still usable this day ! and i have recovered all but the case is too damaged and missing part i will probably find the same and rebuild the pc and sell it for around 350 bucks in europe
By far the BFG has the worst cooler art design. Another reason to never own one. Seems, there is a new ranking of bad gpu cooler art, 1 vodoo, 2 bfg and 3 hercules.
@@yosuhara : Exactly. That eye shouldn't even be on there, instead the bfg logo on the cooler hub, maybe even an iridescent sticker logo so that you can even while spinning, see that logo. But man, as it is, it is an ugly design, no wonder they are no more.

It would be interesting to see/discaver the origins of the 4870's with 4 DVI ports.
