I’d say our poorest performance but still got the win watching these highlights was not close to our poor we played but proud of the Derby fight COYR 🐏
People say poor performance but Barkhuizen and Sibley both had very presentable chances to score in the first half and both wingers had plenty of time and space today in either flank. Sloppy passing and slow build up, poor distribution from Wildsmith. Those things let us down, not endeavour, grit, teamwork.
Thought the substitutions were spot on. Forsyth much better going forward than Roberts and McGoldrick showing Collins where the back of the net is. Certainly deserved a point, glad to get all three.
Agreed Barks and Sibs could have had two each in the first half and Forsyth has always had a decent cross in him no matter how much stick he gets. Certainly made a difference when he came on. Lucky to get away with the passing at the back early on. Marriott would have buried that when he was with us.
Job well done lads for the three points.
Collins used up his chances with no goals so it's time for McGoldrick to continue scoring.
Sibley very effective only when he comes in for the last thirty minutes so hopefully Mendez-Laing will play this Saturday.

Mendez laing has been unavailable due to family issues. Thats the only reason sibley started. It will be back to normal as soon as NML is ok
great to see Didzy after a cruel injury at the tail end of last season with us at Bramall Lane, fully recovered and doing what he does best,scoring goals
Luck finally went our way and with confidence in our attack I believe the goals will start coming.
Can’t believe Peterborough were not made to change shirts. Way too close in colour.

@@soddof7972 I’m not colour blind yet I struggled to tell them apart on a few occasions. I’m sure that the EFL has to approve kits for matches to avoid colour conflicts and they messed up, I’d have made Peterborough play in blue, pretty sure they did last season.
It's the refs decision on the day. Nothing wrong with them playing in their home shirts unless it is to do with selling shirts or to try and match with Marriott's new hair colour. LOL.😂😂😂😂

If yoh check the rules the home side needs to change kit, not the away team.The home side has no excuse as they have access to all strips immediately.
@@thewhinjaninja3610 No, the home team always has the right to play in their home strip. If there’s any potential conflict with the away kit then the away team can either play in their home kit or a third kit should they have one.
If I’m wrong show me where in the rules it says it’s the duty of the home team to use a different kit.
Edit: saw the ‘rule’ and it’s to help with colour blindness. The issue during this wasn’t colour blindness it was being unable to differentiate adequately between kits even with decent eyesight. How the EFL approved this, I’ve no idea.

This all comes from what I have been calling out for over the past few weeks of making the most of corners and set pieces.
Sweet and sour at the same time, good performance overall but our finishing was dreadful, really need to get more clinical. Could easily have had this in the bag before half time

What a game of football! For me that is the turning point and we will go on and win the league now. Peterborough are very good at what they do with Ipswich and Sheffy Wendy are candidates to go up. 7 ex-prem teams in the division but only one Derby County.

The over use of second and third kits bugs me anyway; but how were Posh allowed to wear "off white" by the referee? Whats wrong with Blue? The two yellows that led to the sending off looked harsh, maybe Derby are going to get some protection after all!

Agree about the shirts. Cannot help the players or the ref. You could be trying to defend a set piece thinking you are stood next to one of your team mates and it turns out to be the opposition! Two bookings did look harsh but it does make a change for us.

The ref was just an utter you know what , A simply terrible display , I will not let that take away from some simply stupid subs made by Grant . We was very comfortable and would say the better of two sides showing poor displays . The sending off messed with Grants head god knows what he was thinking ! The fact Derby won this game shows why we are just not good enough , we have no replacements to step in when needed we are at least four maybe five players short . On our day we can and we have performed , once at home to Lincoln . Shown odd moments in other games , and also been truly terrible in others . If it continues on like this Grant will be gone before the Christmas Decs come down.
