Cheers mate! Worked a treat. We had 2 codes, one for Radio and one for CD-Changer. Since we don't have a CD-Changer, I entered the Radio code. Didn't work, lost a try. CD-Changer one worked.
Thank you! I was confused wondering how I'd possibly enter a number bigger than 6 with only 1-6 on my dashboard! Wouldn't have been able to get out of safe mode without this video and my music is very important to me! Haha thank you again x

Hedley Richards most people don’t know that unless they have the code for their radio it won’t work. If you don’t have the code for your radio then unfortunately you need to buy a new one either manufacturer radio with code or aftermarket one

I found your video helpful only thing is mine is stuck in 7 safe mode I got the first three tries wrong. Now I have tried leaving it on with the ignition on for 60 mins and it still is not working. any idea how to do it in safe mode 7?

Hi there, Safe mode 7 will probably be the amount of tries you have left, It may reset your number of tries if you disconnect the battery for an hour or so. Are you sure you have the correct code for your radio?

The code should be with the instructions/manual for the radio if it's not you would need to contact the manufacturer or alternatively buy a one with the code from a scrap yard OR a custom fitted one from Halfords or currys or somewhere like that. Most people over look the code in the instructions so look carefully Thanks for commenting
Possibly the power adapter to the back of the radio, a bit like flicking the switch on a mains plug 🔌 Might be a bit of a faf on like. Failing that, I’ve got no idea

Nice one. I’m sure you don’t need to have the actual engine running to you? Surely turning the key before ignition will do the same thing? No need to suck in all the toxic polluting fumes

Radio codes will be with the car manual. Probably on one of the pages towards the front or back. If you don’t have that then unfortunately the radio is no good

I tryed everything to try & get the radio going. Finally gave up. Was bored & took to utube. I would of never worked it out without this vid
