While I like the mashup skins, I play fortnite for the awesome collabs or unique skins, NOT for mashup skins, so when the battlepass for this season dropped and about half the skins were mashup ones I was severely disappointed We could’ve got old skins with cell shading or something for that awesome comic book effect or just totally new characters we don’t have yet, but we got mashups instead
Personally, I dislike most of the crossovers here. Seriously? INCREDIBLES in a MARVEL themed season? Who else remembers the fact that the Marvel Season from Chapter 2 HAD a marvel themed shop? It's seriously crazy, and the X-Men '97 were barely in the item shop, Black Cat was NOWHERE mentioned except in the files, or any trailers, leaks (etc.) But the Fantastic Four and even Ultron are here on the map as Trophies? It's such a lame way to do this season. Especially when there WAS gonna be some og marvel mythics, but there hasn't been at all. Not even for Iron Man's update. It's all in reality something I kinda hate. No og mythics, no marvel shops, no new marvel skins except for Black Cat, not mentioned in any sort of way, Meowscles Sabretooth, which is just a mashup, and the Battle Pass exclusives being really forgettable. Sure, War Machine is cool, Emma Frost is alright, but Peelverine is another mashup. I don't mind it, it's funny, but don't put it in the battle pass when it's supposed to be like C2S4. The pass is kinda bad, the mythics are boring, skins are boring, there's barely anything new for marvel, and anything new is just a mashup.

I stopped playing after the first week of this season when they nerfed the marvel mythics into the ground. Other than the new POIs this season just doesn't feel any different than the rest of chapter 5 and I'm tired of all these weird decisions Epic's been making recently. Unless they do something good for chapter 6 I'll probably just stick to BO6 because I don't care for chapter 2 og either.
Fortnite went from fun in last season to marvel bore this season. Marvel weapons suck...the ironman rife, black panther claws, war machine arsenal just suck anyone can get you killed with just a machine gun. The worst thing is the jetpacks... pc players take big advantage of it for movement speed using their keyboard-mouse combo, while with controller i cant i cant be as fast as they can (r3 button needs a lot of pressure to press) , and they kill me in 2 seconds. Also for almost 2 weeks now the servers arent working properly having a lot of packet loss and ruining the matches smh
Yeah I tried really hard to get back into Fortnite this season because I always regretted missing the old Marvel season with ironman etc. But they just add so many god damn legendary weapons and stuff that it's not even a First Person Shooter battle royale , dudes are out here with jetpacks and auto aim guns with captain Americas shield with dooms gauntlets. They should've just made them fit in 2 slots of our inventory and not have to move between them. They need to give us some better rewards because some of these emoticons and sprays aren't ised a lot. They should start giving free vbucks for how many quests we complete on this game while giving us XP

I’ve broken my hand (it hasn’t healed properly) and aim assist has been a major help in me being able to actually compete and fight people but now, I can barley fight regular people not even considering sweatier players. I know it’s not a major change to aim assist, but it is to me
