Oh my I would love a video on the aliens from war of the world's. Easily one of my favourite movies from my childhood.
Thanks for reminding me that the Yautja have factions and differing agendas as that makes the 2018 movie easier to stand from a lore perspective.
Imagine if they made a movie that went more in-depth on the Yautja with clans warring against each other across the galaxy in small skirmishes when not under supervision by the elders on the homeworld, kinda like the 2010 movie. I for one think that would be an interesting way to move forward with the franchise provided it was done right.

After this movie flopped in theaters, I doubt a new predator will be made any time soon.

Wouldn't explain the Fugitive Pred as he had Human DNA himself, The Yautja Marshal aka Fugitive Hunter didn't give 2 Shits about the humans until he found out the boy was 1 of a few rare humans...I had plans to watch this in Theaters with a HOT MILF, got tied down with 6-Weeks of 12-hour 7 Days

Hessley Laurent my theory is that the Fugitive had a change of heart, realizing that this act of hybridization is slowly erasing what it means to be a true Yautja. The Fugitive’s clan deemed him a traitor as a result and for stealing the Predator Killer suit, and sent the Assassin after him as a result. The Assassin is basically this clan’s personal attack dog.
Just sounds like taking steroids but with extra steps
men who execute Pablo Escobar operation probably received a "trophy" and the money "DNA" will be straight to whom?? if not quarter maybe half of it is to the one who ordered it. they killed Pablo Escobar not just a drug lord or an enemy of the state but also they need their money back. and I dont believe those men on that operation kept their code of honor with that huge amount of money..take it and save some..considered it as a pension. thats how life is. and yes yautja only following orders at the same time they are enjoying killing their prey in some kind of a sport to them.

I agree the fugitive predators design was fantastic, New and modernized, and this predators fantastic design was wasted on this heaping pile of garbage movie.
I think the predator species are going through a civil war. One side wants to keep traditional hunting and outlaw genetic manipulation to increase their abilities as it doesn't give their prey a fair chance to beat the predator. The other side wants to genetically alter their species to make hunting easier, breathe on multiple types of worlds without technology, and become the dominant species of the Galaxy. Earth is just in the middle of the war and I suspect other planets are too

Sometimes i feel like im the only person that finds it weird and conflicting... that the predator species in this movie is planning on adopting earth as one of their planets After humanity exterminates themselves with global warming... but at the same time this rogue predator feels like he needs to flee to earth and give humans a weapon to protect them from a predator invasion... that the movie said was going to happen After humanity killed themselves with global warming.
There is no invasion, if theres nobody to invade. And theres no need to warn people to protect and arm themselves, when nobody is trying to kill them (but in turn they're actually going to kill themselves).
Im just really confused, like... Shane Black should have picked One movie to make, instead of stitching together like 3 unseamlessly. Honestly, i wish he just didnt make a predator movie at all.

That thing looked like they were basically going up against a video game character.
They really killed the idea of a Yajuta. Not a highly tactical vulnerable experienced hunter but just a dime beast
Actually he was tactial.. but when you`re the best of your kind and obv too good for humans, you get a bit cocky and start smashing shit.
Thanks for mentioning the differing clans, this clan is definitely an outlier, the majority of the Yautja species would not be augmenting themselves. This is like a twisted version of the Darkblade clan who are said to be the strongest technologically based clan and it kinda hurts to see. I'm not going to accept that all Predators are like this because it would just be dumb. They evolved to be the best hunters, so much so they go out and test themselves across the galaxy, why would they forcefully evolve themselves further? That is not honorable nor does it make a whole lot of sense. Yautja have always had a severe distaste of hybrids, to the point they're hunted until death, rarely would one ever escape.

I know that the mega Predator can be defeated by a regular Predator, it’s just need to use 💡🛡 , blasters(💡🔫) and more coordinated with the situation of his surroundings a regular yautja would survive

Kinda love the "old" school predator, 2018 edition becoming like sci-fi marvel (predator killer suit) action predator movie. Kind losing the vibe when predator used to stalk it's prey. Just loved the music and mystery that came along with it.

I will say though, the fugitive predator's mask was freaking dope
I enjoyed the film to a certain extent. The Upgraded Predator had two goals, find and destroy the traitor and it's cargo, and find a kid with autism to further upgrade the species.
That plot twist and IronMan ripoff at the end of the film pissed me off. The next Predator film should have more Yautja than humans and center more on the home world. Possibly referencing the Alien prequel movies about the engineers?
