I recently got my hands on 2 iPad Pro 10.5(s) and they both have the same touch problem as your previous rose gold iPad Pro 10.5. This issue seems pretty widespread. What is the chance of getting 2 iPad Pro 10.5(s) from 2 different sellers and both have the same issue?
@@StaLight I bought one home and used it for a week. I figured out the reason for the touch issue that I experienced. For my particular case, the reason is due to cold and dry weather, there is lots of static buildup on the iPad. The screen is too sensitive that the static electricity affects the touch screen. After grounding my iPad, the issue has gone away.

I think this is an iOS problem and there are same problem on the iPad Pro 2(12.9) and iPad Air 3. I recommend buying another iPad
