    People don’t be fooled. Traffic is horrible. This was filmed most likely early in the morning.
    This town sucks & is the apartment capital of the world.
    Used to be a nice place.until transplant’s ruined it!!!!!

      Not going to lie, Cookeville is being ruined by a lot of the refugees coming in from other states. It's not nearly even close to as friendly as it used to be... but on the bright side, there's more to do than ever.
      It's a sad fact of life, but things change. Cookeville is a great place, but people from the outside are ruining it. They're trying to bring in the policies that ruined their town and cities here.

      I live here too and the cost of living is more like a large city. Rent and housing is geared toward high income earners. And there is a huge drug problem and homeless population. More homeless than I would expect in town with not a large population.

    • @coolguynumberone
      @coolguynumberone ปีที่แล้ว

      lived here since 2011, miss me with this "transplant" garbage. it's a college town with over 10k students. if you don't expect a regular transient population that, yes, rents and lives in apartments, I don't really know what to tell you.
      and it's not like you're defending a city on a hill here, either. this town is and always has been a hideous sea of cracked asphalt and low-rise shacks. have fun driving from your precious double-wide to an oversized parking lot for the rest of your miserable adult life.
