It never occurred to me to send him messages through mediation the way I receive them. I mean, I write to him in my journal and I say things to him out loud when I need him to hear me, but I never thought about sending him messages through the cord because I thought that being feminine I should only be in receptive mode.
But, from experience, remember that the other end is not always conscious about these messages. They have to be awaken too, before they understand it in 3D.

In my meditation, I told him don't appear in my dream during the festive season to upset me. Now he no more appear in my dreams.

If he is really depressed you could pick up this 'image' as a symbol - it could be a subconscious fear of YOURS thats being projected -
