Albatrosses and Rockhopper penguins share the same land during a short Summer. Yet, two different destinies await their offspring. Here is another touching story about Life. It is the mating season on the Falkland Islands. On this small patch of land in the South Atlantic, different species are racing against time in order to give birth and breed their chicks or cubs. Although they are a few centimeters apart and they are both birds, albatrosses, and penguins do not share the same destiny: the former are the princes of the sky whereas the latter are great swimmers.
I like this documentary, however the narrators rocky syllables breaks the immersion for me, I wonder if the narration speed was slowed down a hair, if it would flow a little more naturally? Either way thanks for the video!
Penguin’s are rare and strong species that seem to survive the harshest climate conditions !!! And they spend most of their lives creating offspring and eating - what is not to love !!
Your editor was asleep at the reel. At 4:58 the narrator mistakenly claims that unlike penguins that are able to fly to the peak, Rockhoppers have lost the ability to fly ".

One of the best Documentaries I’ve ever seen!!! The filming is outstanding. The Narration is excellent! A fabulous story. Excellent. I really enjoyed this from the story to videography.

Generally speaking I have really enjoyed this channel but within the first 6 mins of this Doc it mentions that penguins can fly..... this brings in to suspect all other information presented. Wondering if the script was written by AI lol
Besides Albatrosses you see jackass or Magellanic penguin. I think it is macaroni and not Rockhopper penguin. King penguin, caracara. There's also gentoos
Absolutely 💯 % agree. If the channel can't be bothered to narrate their videos with a human voice, I'm out also. I did laugh when the male penguin questions whether this female is the one he had a chick with or another female 🤣 Great video, an awful shame about the voice and the mistakes made.

Great, subject matter. I love hearing stories about the Falkland animals, but this documentary moves to slow, music is annoying. AF, this narration was putting me to sleep... also How can I trust a documentary that doesn't have very basic facts correct? I shouldn't be giving a doc about the Falklands' beautiful animals a D+ grade!
Narrator is not good. No depth like an actual person. No feeling or emotion. No Thnk u. N May I just add that the Penguins didn’t lose their ability to fly, they were made that way by our Almighty Creator. Our heavenly father.
@SoftieStyx it may be based on her voice, but its not her. It's very easy to recognize the mistakes the AI made during the film that she wouldn't have made.
@@softiestyx3209 you can tell it's AI. Almost immediate. Didn't notice that weird electronic computer voice. What i think they did here is used some sentences she used then did the rest inAI. Likely to avoid copyright infringement.

Observing animals in their natural habitats is a humbling experience,
as it reminds us that we share this planet with magnificent creatures. 💥
beautifully said 😊
not really. we could wipe out an entire species in under 36 hours if we wanted to so they best not overstep they boundaries
Wonderful, photography, great, aerial shots. Nice, story chilling. Really enjoyed it.

I was wondering if anyone else caught that :-)
Some say its and AI generated narrator, useing some voice actress sample pack. I think they are right. Weird

The Argentine Malvinas Islands are really very beautiful, especially when they are not called Falklands.😅😅😅

@@prosodiclearning Thanks for sharing that John. Fully agree with you. No didn’t know about the Falklands wolf.
Today I learned that penguins can, in fact, fly. Who'd have thunk it? 😂

4:56, lol, meant to say Albatross?
The AI definitely stinks but the music sounds forced to fit, awkward, and often too loud. That is FAR more distracting to me. Not a fan of either.
CODY MAVENCOURT!!😂😂😂😂
Roaring Forties
Furious Fifties
Screaming Sixties
Severe Seventies
Hateful Eighties
Nonexistent Nineties
.
Alluring Albatross
Purposeful Penguins
Salty Seals
Tenacious Tussock
Extinct Warrah
I like the way the narrator pronounces, "Behemoth" at 13:32
It's AI voice.
smacks on small squid and fish
kudoz to the script writer
now say it quicker
