High Tea at the Empress (featuring The Sticky Wicket)

Eating out is a must during vacay! Taking you this time to High Tea at the Empress as well as a quick stop to The Sticky Wicket in Downtown Victoria BC.
My friend and I wanted to be super fancy by dressing up and drinking some high-end tea (did we also "spill the tea"? Maybe!) ...later that evening, we decided to balance it out by going casual and getting some fresh air by walking a couple blocks up from our hotel to Victoria's largest pub.
