the instruction sheet at the end is super helpful. it tells you exactly when to press the buttons. resetting only works when timing is right. thank you

? My ABS & VSA are on and cruise control is out. I’ve tried to jump 9-4 and got 3 blinks on ABS. This doesn’t hold and I cannot move to VSA. Can you think of anything else I can do?

It sounds like a a bad ground to a wheel speed sensor. Once the ABS is system is sound the VSA system will function properly. Was the catalytic converter damaged recently?

Why would you just unhook the battery for 10 minutes?

Tried that first from my fistful of old school tricks left it unhooked over night both hot and ground leads. When that didn't work I got to doing some digging and it worked.

Take a short piece of 16 gauge wire and strip the insulation from both ends or bend a paperclip to a horseshoe shape.
