Shoe Closet Organizer! There was a metal shoe shelf in use but not quite the right look or space. So we came up with this shoe closet organizer.
Really, it's just a series of shelves built in to the existing closet in the mud room. But not all woodworking involves dovetails and spiffy finishes.

@4:10 is the best trick I learned today! Using the angle finder is one thing but that scrap piece to transfer the line was made so simple for me today and for that I thank you sir! I'm great at overcomplicating things, I won't even try explain how I've done this in the past lol

This was exactly what i was looking for.
Im planning this for a closet though, not a built in one. So I’ll probably have to glue the support bars to the sides.

Glue and screw is a good idea. At least you will have access to the sides. Good luck with it!

Were you able to get both screws on the support into studs ?

We used plastic inserts. No need to hit the studs as the shelves are meant to hold shoes only. Not much load with that.
