This downhill mountain biking video is from the Flow Country Trail stage in MTB Zone Bikepark Willingen which is blue difficulty. It is a very long stage with a lot of berms but lesser table top jumps as the Flow Trail. Flow Trail would actually be a more fitting name for Flow Country Trail and then the Flow Trail should be name Flow Jump Line or something like that. However, the Flow Country Trail actually starts with some table top jumps. Anyway, it is a great blue trail stage to warm up for the harder trails and stages at MTB Zone Bikepark Willingen or just get some more experience riding blue trails at a bikepark.
