Just got around to watching this podcast, April. Now that you’re home I hope you afford yourself some downtime to just be. I enjoyed listening to you and Rick talking about myriad of subjects. Your discussion about carp, though, piqued my interest. Fly fishing for carp is a pretty big deal down here in Tennessee. My friend David Knapp chases them frequently, because you sight fish for them AND they take dry flies! Last spring during the cicada emergence was especially good, with some huge fish being landed. There is going to be another cicada emergence this spring. I probably will fish for them this year, even though I have turned up my nose at the idea in the past.
