Does anyone else suffer from this? I've talked about this before. But it really hit me hard today after talking to my doctor and the student resident that was job shadowing him today. Love you all.
I suffer from that too. I've lost 114lbs. When I look in the mirror I don't see a difference. But, I see a difference in comparison photos. It's frustrating, I want to be happy about losing 114lbs. But I won't be happy, until I get closer to goal.
