My questions are this 1. The lights. Are both sides on because they still run off of one switch? 2. Hurricane hinge on the back of the galley. Does it still leak with the galley door open?! Because they cut the hurricane hinge short on the galley door that opens. Therefore you have a 2/1-in space with nowhere have no way for water to travel to the sides of the camper. Causing it to leak in the galley on the shelf. Caulking it does not work. When opening the galley the hinge breaks the seal. 3. Did they upgrade the air conditioner setup? So that it's not leaking inside the camper or in between the wall. 4. I doubt if I'll get a response back on this. Because I know they haven't. Trying to get this covered under warranty it's like having a dentist pull your teeth with his fingers. 5. Door's do they still kind of sag down so when you're laying down you see daylight out through the top of them? Because the doors are not plumb. Then if they have them up high so you can't see the daylight out through the top they're not tight at the bottom so when you driving rainwater gets in them? 6. Then you forgot to tell people you also get 2 or 3 years worth of sawdust whenever pulling the camper. 7. In the front where you set the batteries and have the propane tank. Did they fix the problem where the 10 does not run all the way down to the frame. Why do they still have that little plastic exposed to the elements. Letting water get up towards the headboard? 8. Now the real big issue. The axle.! There are two bolts on each side from models 2020 to 2022 That did not have washers on them causing the bolt head to bore out the hole on the trailer frame. Try to get that covered under warranty. They denied me told me I had to talk to Dexter The trailer manufacturers. Dexter told me that falls on Braxton Creek. We make the frames and send the axles with the frames to Braxton Creek. They put the frames and the axles together. Finally after explaining this to Braxton Creek that makes the bushwacker. They then decided to put the washers on my 2021. Hope to hear back from you to see if any of these issues have been resolved. I'm thinking by now they're starting to put washers on them bolts and not done anything with the rest. As they have poor quality control. So as a dealership I hope you're aware of this stuff and fix it before a person dishes out 12,000 to $18,000.
The propane regulator is partially blocking anything you would want to put on the front cargo rack. The side solar jack is still not fuse protected. Still no heater access, where you will eventually need to clean the sensor. I see the fit and finish still has issues, I mean there's literally a sheet metal screw laying loose on the kitchen rack in your video! I'm glad they finally moved the powered TV antenna forward to help keep it from blocking roof storage mounted on the roof racks, but its still in the way. Long time complaint but still present is the propane quick connect being too exposed on the side, making it vulnerable to impacts from road hazards or a tire blowout, most people detach it and move it toward the back.
All are great points and all are easily addressed. 1) I agree with the odd position of the propane regulator but there are few other options that suit all conceivable needs. It's a small trailer! It can be easily re-mounted to suit your needs. 2) To my knowledge no exterior solar jacks are fused on any units from any manufacturer. Units either come with the solar charge unit installed or (as this one and many others) with just the jack. Your external charge controller on (or with) the solar panel will handle that. 3) I'm not sure what sort of access you need to have with the heater. You can access it just like any other smaller unit. In the dozen years in my small unit with considerable furnace use (many late season Iowa autumns), I've never needed anything more than simple occasional vacuuming. 4) Fit and finish are partially my fault. This unit was hastily videoed straight from the factory directly upon arrival as I was eager to get a '23 unit listed ASAP. I did not have time to adequately sweep and PDI prep the unit. It arrived no worse than any other unit. All units need PDI (pre delivery inspection) in which these items are quickly resolved. I've found random screws on the floor of Grand Design units too! 5) The TV antenna indeed used to be an issue which has been resolved on this 2023 by moving it. It clears below the rack. Again... this is a very small footprint unit with very little roof real estate and the usual compromises must be made. Where else could this **possibly** be placed? 6) The propane quick-connect is a subjective call. Campside, rear is the location for every single other unit I can recall. It's standard. Granted, we have a rear, exterior kitchen here but I don't see this as a major concern and it could be re-plumbed for those who might find this of concern.
Many changes and improvements have applied to these units, especially the first run of units. This all requires and deserves a longer response. Please consider a call to us (toll-free) at 866-RV-CENTER. Our outfitters would be happy to cover each of these points in more detail.

There is plenty of storage- considering it's a teardrop trailer. Clothing can be stored under the bunks, in the overhead cubby and in any of the several storage cupboards inside. If you need to keep a tuxedo without wrinkles, you might consider a bigger trailer.
There plenty of storage for clothing what are they talking about or you can put clothing under the bed with the access points there or the cubby.. how much cloying wouldn you need in a weeks long boondock lol there’s plenty enough there for that
