I made this album for my son, who is now 27, and it came out GREAT! I used a different paper pad (blue) and changed something to be able to add more picture of his life. It was really nice to get his picture out of envelopes and into a book. Thank you for teaching me how to make scrapbook pictures book. I'm going to make your Christmas Mini Album, I got the fuzzy snow, Looking forward to more new albums. Thank you, for all your help!

Francis, this is really a great album. It will work for so many papers. Your tutorial was amazing. 🌈✨ Hi Christina, I hope you are well! I am happy to say, I have had non-paper crafter first time beginners create this book for the first time, very pleased with their work. I break my class projects down step by step, so they are for any experience level to be able to create them. I believe in you, and I know it can be done, I’ve seen it hundreds and hundreds of times :) All you need is a bit of self belief and willingness to try, and you’ll be on your way!

Wendyubiz no sorry I understand! It is a very large book I don't necessarily suggest these books over others as they can wear easier because of the design. But they all wanted a tutorial on it so I made one :) start with an easier project I have plenty to choose from on my channel! :)

aweeee thank you!!! yes yes I am inspired by you and everyone else who loves me and my work, thats what keeps me going! great question, honestly, the photo mats witht the kraft mat 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" then white mat 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" should be good, its totally a preference, place to journal where the lines "outline" or ( personally) ive put a photo over it and it covers it a little then peaks out a little and I love it heehee, but totally optional like i always say!! so no bu the 4 x 6 pic can be trimmed down to 3 3/4" x 5 3/4" and it would be inside the lines but that is more work for you lol! or fun one of the 2 hahahaha

Franses, you make lots of albums, how small should a scrap piece be for you to throw it away? Do you ever combine paper pads?
Indeed I do, I would say it’s up to the individual person on how creative one can be when uses scrap pieces to their maximum. I tend to throw away anything that is 3/4 of an inch wide but then I save some of my favorite papers even though they’re super tiny lol! Because strips can come in handy. Also you can do a collage of just strips everywhere on a page depending on how many you actually save, And from any paper pack too! No I hardly combine paper pads. :) hope this helps!

mostly because I am very particular with color matching and most companies use different shades and values of color in their ink, so this is why :)

Frances you're albums just amaze me they're absolutely beautiful. This is the album I chose to make a baby girl album but using a different paper line, I'm almost finished with it it is turning out absolutely gorgeous. I just found out my niece is having a baby they're doing the baby gender reveal at the baby shower I would love to recreate this same album again but with a baby paper line that is gender neutral do you have any suggestions? I love all your albums and I'm so excited that I'm almost completing this one and I'm getting ready to do more of your work......you rock girl. 😘

How do you determine which paper to use, like here you r using brown and the others black, I personally like the black paper. Just curious. Thanks Frances
Sandra Pena I determine based on my preference, I think black is to "DARK" for a baby album, as babys add light to this universe :)

Hahaha yay! Absolutely Hobby Lobby Poster board! There are ( at my store ) to different ones that are wood grain, (the white on i have ) then there is like a dark wood pergo design that goes horizontal :)

A Girl In a Sweater Crafts I used 2 collection packs. but ran out once I got to my inserts LOL which was why I used solid colored card stock on the backs of each one but I was able to Mat the front of each one
