There is an easier way to execute the hyper moves! You can change the controlls at the stage sellect screen. Change them to the one where L and R are also usable. Now if your healthbar is low, just press L and R at the same time!

However doing those super moves the HARD way is exactly why I NEVER played any of the Fatal Fury fighting games since most of the hardest attacks in that game use the SAME controller motions as this Sailor Moon game.

I am not 100% farmiliar with the sailor moon show or Manga, but I've played quite a few of the games, and I noticed in a bunch of them, that Sailor Mercury is usually showing her panties in some way, but not the others. Is there a reason for this? Is it a trope in the show? I haven't watched it since I was a kid and it was the heavily edited US version so it wouldn't have been in that version.

Probably because Sailor Mercury is the most appretiated sailor in japan(something about her intelligence appealed to the japanese audience iirc)
