I have a lot of respect for Liam. He's honest, raw, doesn't care what others think of him, and does his own thing.

Drove him home once (after Noels 40th Birthday bash). Hilarious and actually quite reserved in real life. He spent ample time to do the wisecracks and poses for the paps before he got in the car, then he was a different bloke. Respect.

I'm an American who discovered Definitely Maybe on its release when I was only 12 years old. Absolutely LOVED Oasis throughout high school and into college. I have to admit, I had an opinion on Liam's behavior and attitude over the years. But hindsight is 20/20. Seeing this interview, watching his Unplugged special recently, and for some reason hearing him tell Chris, "God bless ya!"...I don't know, it hits different. It just seems like he's in a really, really good place, and I'm fully here for it.
Liam is absolutely honest. The great ones are humble, and they stay real. Liam the great.

Liam was always the heart of Oasis . He's the most sensitive of the Brothers and goes with his heart. Now once that gets into the music then people will respond.
If you've seen this film you'll realise Noel is manipulative of his younger brothers emotions. I'm happy with where Liam is at the moment and he looks so alive. X
lionheart11381 I actually think Noel is the more sensitive one. I think it’s clear they’ll be the one 90’s band that will not get back together...always thought it’d be the Pumpkins, but for the most part they’ve figured it out.

Hard to say. They both benefited from each other. Liam and Bonehead freely admitted they were utter shite their songs until Noel arrived and wrote them and made them rehearse properly. But no way Oasis could have been Oasis without Liam as front man. So they both need each other and as Liam's voice faded in late 90s as well as they the Brit pop guitar sound Noel pioneered, then it was obvious they would start to get at each other's throats. This coincided with them also starting serious families and partners of their own, so likely that turned them against each other too
I was never a fan of the brothers but listening to Liam now, he's sorted his head out and comes across as a really decent fella. Cheers Liam

I missed watching the count downs etc... and when Wonderwall hit #1 on the music video program/charts. I was like shit, this is and still is the best song I’ve ever heard at age 13. Missed the 90’s.

Liam was full of male bravado, due to his difficult start in life, but you can see his real character underneath, a traditional and moral person. His mother did a good job of instilling in her son decent values. She is a wonderful person herself.
