The Right way to setup motion detection in Wisenet Cameras

What are the steps to set up motion detection in a Wisenet Camera for optimum detection.
1) Camera used XNO-6120R
2) Scenario 1 distance - 9.5 meters
3) Scenario 2 distance - 16 meters.
