Get a spray bottle and put mostly vinegar and some water (80/20) and spray it in the areas where you see ants. It works! I use it all the time. You'd have to keep spraying at least every other day just to prevent them from coming back. Any bugs hate vinegar.
Mighty Mint brand on Amazon makes an Ant and bug repellent that is non toxic with essential oils and works! Inspray it all around the floor edges of my home and windows

Yes! the biggest difference I’ve seen is with redness. I usually get little bumps all over my forehead and have noticed it’s been helping a lot 🤍

Around a week ! I recommend you use a gel base coat instead of glue. It will last 2-3 weeks :)
