People have had an eye on Japans contribution to the art form all the way back to Overground Broadcasting. Take notes, study and learn the history of skateboarding from outside a western lens. Spirit Quest is a work of art but imho Colin got a lot of his inspiration from japanese skate culture. He even mentions this in an interview I think.
