Great interview. Always a delight to watch interviews with Christen - she's very articulate and her answers are always well-thought-out. In a sea of bland interview answers with the other players, it's nice to see an intelligent interview.

FOX 11 Los Angeles This is a VERRRY good interview. Knowledgeable about the player, their background, the history of the sport, the occurrences of the WWC/NWSL and the aftermath of it all. Asked important and worthy questions that go beyond "how are you feeling?". Appreciate the emphasis on 'how do we continue this? how do we get woso to continue to succeed?'

Press is great. Psychology makes sense for her based on other interviews, she seems like a heady person. Surprised she didn't say writer as dream job or next option.

The most eloquent of these players should be talking to mayors and city councils across the country to make sure they build the next generation multi-use stadiums with natural grass fields like the one at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Take this ingenious design one step further and build a stadium with at least TWO portable natural grass fields. NFL teams and MLS teams could coexist amicably and lucratively within the same stadium. The University of Phoenix Field takes only an hour to roll inside the stadium.
Having TWO portable natural grass fields would make it possible for both sports to schedule games as close as two days apart without any real inconvenience. This would be the most versatile arrangement allowing for both a men's and a women's professional soccer team AND a NFL team to share the same stadium.Each sport retains their own characteristic boundary markings and both portable fields remain parked outside out of harm's way when alternate events like rodeos and monster truck competitions are held inside the stadium. This OPTIMIZES THE SOURCES OF REVENUE a city can have within a year.

Jill needs to put Press, Morgan, and Lloyd as 3 up front. They would thrive together. Alex plays best with others at her side, not as a lone striker. Carli has proved she can score goals and Press is an extremely intelligent player in her decision making. Jill Ellis never plays Press correctly and if she did we could be even better than we were in the last 3 games of the World Cup.
Anna Daccache It's interesting that no one has put Lloyd up front; the withdrawn striker position seems like a perfect fit though with her outside shooting. Press was never developed as a striker on the USWNT, but I would like to try her as a #10. She's an agile passer with high soccer IQ. I think Morgan may be over, sadly; I'd send her back to the minors to work things out.
Reason they play Alex she is fast and dangerous and she opens chances for other players to score .but I believed they should play press now with Alex ,Abby is no getting any younger and press is Good.and Sydney . Carli well she has to be the captain now ,Carli Always finds away to score ,Good Team

A restructured FIFA needs to get quality WOMEN like this brought into their organization. I can also see Christen Press doing an excellent play by play commentary for FOX Sports. In the meantime, I would like to see her lobbying cities to build the next generation multi-use stadiums that will immediately open up opportunities for women athletes especially professional soccer players.

my name maybe it could be something like sports psychology. she's discussed numerous times about the pressure she felt in college. Maybe she could do something in the psych field that helps athletes cope with stresses and such. :)
* The SOCCER level in Eu is too high
* In US culture, the games are about 2 h, and effective is 30'
* In EU culture, sports is 2h of tv show, and effetive 95'
* Till 1990 the salary for man was 2 k x month
* 1 friend of mine play in Serie B, and earns 1.2 k + appartment and bills payied= 2 k x month
But he's graduating and it's all in his poket= 20 years x 2k x 12 months (+ 4 months of holidays x year)
That means 480 k in 20 years, and than make the work of ur 2 dream
* In the 2nd category there are people who played in Atalanta, the 7th of 8th lowest division, and Atalanta is the 2nd in SERIE A Italia league, and 4th or semifinal in Champions League last year
* In a solid soccer society you have= psicologyst, cook, diet manager, body care, swimming pool, gym and so on... so= cured in the head, the body
* People who work in the custruction 240 hours x month for 1.5 k
* With success u have also beauty, so the partener u want
