That's the P51. The smaller version is the P38. Back in the 80s when I was in, we would sharpen the back edge and wrap it in hundred mile an hour tape and keep it on our dog tag chain.
Inconvenient to carry as an EDC however I would probably use as a med bag, tool or fire kit instead of a mix. Stuff it in car or pack and label it accordingly. Would consider putting mixed items in for redundancy in a bug out bag.
The upside-down mesh slots are not a great idea since there is the possibility of losing some item place in it. It all depends on your point of view I guess. Love the content👍. Kudos from NYC🗽.
Instead of the brass pins, where can we get the screw and nuts for the 91mm SAKs? You are the best in making custom SAKs. I had bad luck with the pins. I would like to try something different and work with the small screws and nuts. Any wise words for this inexperienced viewer?
Hey, there are a couple of options. But most of them are meant for the 84mm or 93mm SAK. If you want them for the 91mm SAK, you will need to do some modifications or you'll have to use a special set of scales. 84mm: www.bladehq.com/?search=Flytanium+cadet 91mm: a.aliexpress.com/_msGe4pE 93mm: customforge.tilda.ws/
I had a bunch of their cards in my cart a while back, but ended up not checking out because they were pretty pricey. I may need to go ahead and get them and do a review.
What a great tool selection. I love it!
Thank you.
It's a great little kit. I like the choice of a roll, as opposed to the traditional EDC pouch.

Thanks! I knew it was P-something. My Dad gave it to me. He used them when he was in the military too.
@@FittoSurvive 👍 in the early 80s we were still getting the leftover Vietnam C Rats.
When I went in in 1981, were using the C-rations and wearing the OD greens. We transitioned to the MRE's and BDU's while I was in.
Great job, as always.
Thanks.
Looks like a great roll. I would switch out a few items, but you have a good selection there for your needs.
Thanks! I appreciate it
I am shocked that you did not have one of your awesome custom made Victorinox knives in the kit.
I had to resist the temptation to add one. 🤣
@@FittoSurvive Never resist, we love seeing them!
@@SussexEDC Thanks! Glad to hear that.
P51 is a very handy tool to have.
And super compact to carry.
Thanks for the Video!
You are most welcome!

Excellent ideas. I thought about setting this one up as a fire kit, but I couldn't "fill" it.
That's a great idea. You could use this as a mini bugout roll and leave it in the car ready to go.

Yeah, I get what you mean.
Thanks. 👍🏻👍🏻
I noticed that too. I guess you'd have to be careful when you flip this over, but it is a good point to be aware of.

Отличный набор!👍
Thanks.
Hey, I had some 2.2mm pivot barrels made for doing 84mm Alox torx conversions. I ordered a whole bunch of them, would you have any interest in some?
Hey. Sure, I am always looking to source the torx screws.
