In Rear view cameras generally the image is mirrored or flipped. Since your camera is a rear view model,did it creat any problem in the video?

I would put two on it and hide it inside mirror casing . . One facing side view and back. I would put hard drive and it’s equipment in trunk hidden I would put at least 8 cams on car Most with audio as well
Why did you install a camera in your left side? Are younin Japan where in the cars are right hand drive? If your car is left hand drive like in the Philippines and US you should install it on your right side because that is your blind spot
Is it possible to put a usb cable from inside the car to under the mirror ? it's for give power supply to a small wifi cam which I placed under left side mirror

I have installed 2 in 1 camera, which is a rear view camera but also has a mechanism to convert it to a front view camera. (For changing rear to front view , this camera has a extra wire which is need to cut down). In my video 2:50 you can see a white colour wire which is cutted down into 2 pieces.

There is a cable in the camera which we should cut down to disable parking lines.

Its just like you want to install a cctv on your car. You can now order a 360 camera with an android infotainment but its expensive

Everything is possible but you have to do it carefully and with patience.

If your android device has two video input port then you can attach a second camera. Please ask your car dealer about the android player.

Buy only 2 in one camera i.e front and reverse otherwise you can't disable gridline of reverse camera.
