I personally cut out dairy but there is this incredible "cream" oatmilk here in the states that i swear is the closest tasting to dairy cream. Love watching these in the middle of the day even though im probably supposed to be doing other things lol

I would say the 'r' sounds more like a Newcastle dialect.

Cream is common where I live in the US. You get it at your table at any sit down restaurant here if you order coffee or tea.
