Just back from Melia Cayo Coco (March 9 -16th,2024.) Excellent resort. Short bus ride from the airport. Friendly people, buffet was awesome (no shortages of anything), very clean rooms and resort was spotless (cleaners working around the clock). Any deficiencies were resolved immediately. We had a problem with our a/c in the room and we were immediately upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The beach is pristine white sand with plenty of loungers to be had. Great entertainment, pool side activities and excellent service. Special thanks to Joseph, Osvaldo, Javier and Jorge for your energy and kindness. Take the catamaran tour to see the dolphins, well worth the $$.
My favorite of the newest Cuba series.....the music choices, the cars, the chance to vicariously experience. TY Senor Domik

Stayed here in 2019 and it was fabulous. food was great, staff very friendly. rooms basic but very clean.

We stayed at Melia Buenavista in Cayo Santa Maria a couple years ago. It’s very nice and food was good for Cuba standards.
I have stayed at melia Cayo coco and melia guillermo, amazing places both of them definitely think Cayo coco is the best but either way it's all paradise!
Lol Carol was so cute when she panicked 😁. I really enjoy your travel vlogs ken 😃 Mahi Mahi is my favorite fish too. I fell in love with it on my very first trip to Barbados 😘

Great video Ken! We are part of a group of about 35 people going next week from the Maritimes ( mostly PEI ) April 3rd till the 10th and the only you tube video I saw was a walk around the resort looking at hurricane damage so this looks great. The food looks great!

Oh my good Ken Domik is living the good life in Cuba. Dont forget to eat a Cuban sandwich Ken and smoke a Cuban cigar. Also don't forget to visit the bar made famous by Ernest Hemingway in Havana..

Seafood, always had good experiences in the Caribbean islands. The best Rum in the world close by, I prefer Captain Morgan Jamaican Rum over Bacardi Puerto Rican Rum in mixed drinks like Mojito's or Pina Colada's. Bacardi is less sweet.
Santiago de Cuba Rum is my favourite.
