AP (Allproof) - Immune to bullet, fire, explosion, and physical damage.
EC (Exclusive Color) - Unique paint job.
There's no spawn location of a helicopter in this game. You'll only see them in missions. In which, you do some exploits and trickery to obtain those flying machines. This is one of the ways you could get one and it's the best one out there, because this specific helicopter is highly armored compared to others which are in their default form or in other words "armorless".
So just sit back, watch, and just suffer!
