    Mint and Yoghurt Chutney (for all types of starters and kababs)
    Ingredients
    1 small bunch mint leaves
    100 grams of thick yoghurt
    1 small pod of garlic
    3 to 4 green chillies
    1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
    6 black peppercorns
    1/2 medium sized lemon juice
    salt to taste
    Method
    In a mixer jar add mint leaves garlic green chillies salt lemon juice roasted cumin seeds black peppercorns salt and yoghurt
    Do not add water grind to a fine paste store in air tight containers in fridge (do not deep freeze)
    Can remain fresh for 8 days
    Lemon preserves the green colour of chutney ....
    Yoghurt gives thickening smooth and silky texture to the chutney also enhances the taste
    This chutney can be relished with all kinds of kababs starters and also as a side dish
    Mint is very useful herb it also aids digestion
    It gives good taste and aids digestion when used as a side dish with meal
