Ive had two ecoflow delta pros that the solar input mount broke when when plugging up the solar connector. It pushes the connector inside the unit but worse, the metal retainer bracket is rattling around inside of a hugh battery source. 🔥 hazard.
Yeah always check function of equipment before needing to use it, I did a fuel line upgrade on a diesel heater I bought to use in my boat and discovered the fuel pump was defective because of damage (a rolled seam was bust open in transit) I only intended to swap out the cheap silicon fuel line with rigid fuel lines but checked out everything, $125 equivalent unit ended up costing about $175 in total already and that's before I fit it in my boat with the other extras (improved exhaust muffler, extra exhaust hose, exhaust insulation sleeve, insulation for hot air ducting and a few extra yards of hot air duct) but comfort is important especially on a cold boat at night when it's 30F during the daytime lol
This goes to show that Survival Living is honest and shows what's real, that unit could have been a friday or monday build lol and probably slipped thru QC. It happens with mass production, tho that doesn't make it ok. Good thing you actually test things before actually needing to use them lol, a valuable lesson to those that don't! Thanks for showing, and your honesty! Great respect, brother! 👍
Thank you for the honest review. As a woman *even though I have a degree in electronics* I really don’t want to have to go into the guts of a brand new unit. Most times if you read the warranty they specifically state the warranty is void if you break open the case even if it’s their error. I’m not too sure after this review I would ever consider buying this brand.
My brand new All Powers Gen went off on safety below the over wattage rating. It would not reset. It took 6 months of back and fourth with China before a return was approved. Finally a replacement was sent, +3 weeks til they logged in my return, from Texas. A real crap company! Wish I would have got the Bluetti or Eco Flow.
@@SurvivalLiving I'll defiantly take your word for it. It seems a lot of companies are taking advantage of the prepper community, including food companies charging 300% more for mostly rice meals. Thanks for the heads up!
Well that's certainly disappointing. I'd say it's also a design flaw given how the thread boss is molded into the plastic. It should be a lot beefier for repeated plugging and unplugging.
One of the things that I've learned in my many years is never have expectations, expectations always lead to disappointment
I always say, the only thing you can expect is for people to let you down.

I definitely appreciate it my friend 👍
@SurvivalLiving gotta give credit where credit is due lol, especially with so many idiots claiming this and that 🤣🤣
Not inspected not checked to make sure it worked.

Stay away from bluetti my friend. I'm getting nonstop offers from Alibaba on bluetti generators
Pecron is great for the price.

I definitely agree brother
BLUETTI is what we have and no issues at all!
They’re off my list. Thank you for the honest review.
Said it once say it again. Allpowers sucks! Had 3 units ALL DOA out of the box.
Good video, thanks for sharing, YAH bless !
Micky mouse engineering
Now THAT’S proper advertisement. Thanks for not candy coating it. Cancelling order NOW! Jk. 😅
Contact DJI for a Power 1000 and do a review. The MPPT is external so be sure to request that for a solar test. Man that machine has changed the game.
nice fix
