i really dont get it how eternal light quartz works, some times when i use awaken flood trick enhancment area i dont get the eternal light quartz buff but sometimes i get the buff too, is there some kind rate percentage of activation the buff or something?? can someone explain it to me??
Critical at 20% and still so high damage? Is critical not very important at higher STGs? Or only certain classes bother with the critical stat?
