I think Bucky's most important contribution to humanity is his creation/discovery of Synergetic geometry (Synergetics 1 and 2), using the tetrahedron as unity instead of the cube which modern mathematics still uses in public schools. The two systems are irrational to each other. Nature doesn't use pi, i, or e. My question is, why haven't Bucky's beautiful mathematical ideas been brought to the schools?
