After 3 days of submitting a ticket, i can now log in to my account, i suggest that you should complete the necessary documents. In my case, I lost the phone that my gcash account was linked, so I submiited affidavit of loss (notarized), valid id, my new sim (sim replacement) with a signature on it, and a selfie holding the id. I think they would solve your case if you'll submit all the documents needed.
