@Kanbaru For the love of everything that is holy Take one plate then drop herald, if you drop it before first plate is taken you will have a harder time finishing that tower. Towers gain more defensive stats the less plates it has.

With the Rift Herald you have 2 choices of pressure: 1- Gold pressure which is using the herald on a lot of plating gold tower or just a first tower destroy bounty 2- What you did which is objective pressure. You sacrificed gold for a second Mid tower which removes a lot of vision and lets you roam
On the first gameplay, you tried to do baron which I also personally think the right choice? if all of your teammates that are alive helped, but the moment the two of them backed off, I think the better play is just to call it off and play slower.
The reason you didn't get gold from the 2nd tower in the first game is because second towers don't have platings. The best way to use a herald is to use it on a tower that has lots of platings on it. In your case in the first game, you shouldve dropped it top, and continued doing whatever you're doing. Do note that riot nerfed herald so it does way less damage to a second turret if it destroys the first one. This means that let's say if your herald in the first game destroyed that second tower, it would've dealt way less damage to the inhibitor tower. Peace❤✌️
Also destroying the 2nd tower under 10 min not worth it It makes ur laner having a hard time to farm minion if the enemy freezing the wave (except solo lane)
This is why i hate playing jungle randoms just dont know what objective is they dont help at all and then blame u if u didnt get any objectives like cmon i need help i cant just go in on those objective with 4 people there 😂
dont wastw the herlad there use the herald to gat plates since mid lane got no plates u should´ve put herald on top or bot to gate plates n alot of gold

You can take 1 and a half towers with herald in wild rift. Get 1 plate off your first tower then drop it then walk it up to the second.
I would still drop the herald on the 2nd tower if it's in the mid lane because I want to open up the map more 😅
