    I am 20 (M) back in 2017 I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes I was depressed gaining large amount of bodyweight but after that I start following your workout(HIIT) I started noticing changes not only losing bodyfat my insulin level also decreased highly my goal is learn all those cool calisthenics moves you do haha you are my inspiration bro lots of love from India ♥️

    Hey Chris hope you are doing great you've inspired the world to me and on my way to unlocking my dream physique and actually being strong just by following your videos and tips I was able to hold an l sit for 20 seconds straight and going from not being able to do 1 push up to being able to do 45 consecutive push ups and going from 1 pull up to 8 pull ups and started working out because I saw one video that caught my attention and I don't regret it it was the how to full planche video and my dream is to one day unlocking the full planche and I hope one day I will unlock your phisique and strength. Keep it up

      Yeah, it’s an amazing workout! But try to treat the abs like any other muscle group so try not to train it every day or every other day 😅 maybe two days rest in between, not to say doing it every day won’t make progress because nucleic overload is an actual great thing

    High quality video..as usual. Chris abs workout are THE abs workout. If done consistently they literally move your core to another level. The science and training expertise behind each video is tremendous..
    ps: It is useless but I have to try.. I’m in Florida for vacation and I’ll be in Miami next Thursday-Friday-Saturday. It is useless to say that having the chance to meet you will be a game changer for my training, surely for the tips but even more for the motivation I could get.. ✈️ from Italy

    dude actial best fitness channel. most youtubers use lighting editing and pump and stuff to make them look bigger but your videos are epic cuz you look good without all that and it is possible for anyone. :)))
